The UiTM SuFO is a web-based system that allows students to evaluate their university experience. It contains 24 questions that are mandatory for all students to answer. The questions cover various aspects of students’ perception of their academic courses attended, lecturers’ professionalism, teaching and learning activities, and the related infrastructures.
SuFO is an online system that evaluates the overall teaching and learning components in terms of lecturers’ quality assurance and performance, content and infrastructure. It is a replacement for the less efficient manual evaluation process, which is done by the university itself. SuFO is introduced to replace the less efficient manual evaluation process with a more dynamic, user-friendly, flexible, near-zero cost, accurate, and fast SuFO with the result being a document required for promotion.
